The aim of GODAE is to make ocean monitoring and prediction a routine activity similar to weather forecasting. GODAE will contribute to an information system for the global ocean that will serve interests from climate change and coastal preservation through to fisheries and the off-shore industry.
The GODAE Final Symposium 2008 "The revolution in ocean forecasting GODAE: 10 years of achievement", will take place on 12-15 November 2008, Nice, France. The call for papers has been announced and you are invited to participate.
