Venue
The venue can be easily reached by the Metro from Toulouse downtown (there is a free bus shuttle from the metro station to CLS every 15 minutes, total travel from city center to CLS are ca. 30 minutes, including metro + bus shuttle 7 minutes).
We would suggest that you stay downtown as this is a much better are than the CLS area which is outside the city, and not the most exciting place for after meeting activities.
The Metro station is "Ramonville" (terminus of line B), bus shuttle (navette in french) number is 111, and can be taken just outside the metro station, stop is "Hermès", just in front of CLS .
Accommodation
Since there are plenty of hotels in Toulouse you should not have a problem to find one that does suit you. Toulouse is a relatively small town (at least the city center). To find a map of the city center search for "Place du Capitole, 31000 Toulouse", i.e. Toulouse main plaza, city hall, on maps.google.com. To find the venue for the meeting at CLS search for "8-10 rue hermes ramonville saint agne, france" on google maps.
No block-booking
We are not panning to book any block in a particular hotel, as you should be able to find a reservation.
